Olivia Unwin is one of our Associate Producers.

Olivia started her games production journey working on visual effects (VFX) for TV and movies before a role at the Australian independent studio Drop Bear Bytes in 2022. From there, she moved to TT Games in November 2023 as an Associate Producer.

Some of the key tasks that Olivia manages are helping to organise work for the story team, tracking deadlines and schedules, and running review meetings. Because she must keep things together, Olivia works closely with the wider production and leadership teams to make sure we smash our targets and keep projects moving and on track!

Olivia loves that every day is different. She gets to work across many different departments and teams of people. She feels privileged to see people do incredible work because of how dynamic it is. Olivia says, “I learn so much each day to become better at what I do and it’s super inspiring.”

She’s really looking forward to completing her first project at TT Games, and says, “it’s going to be a really special achievement and can’t wait for you all to see it.”

For those getting into the industry, Olivia has these words: “Being focused on making it is important. It took me around 3-4 years after I finished University to land my first games opportunity, and the path was not a straight line. I never lost sight of what my end goal was, and I was able to build my skills and learn my craft in a similar industry, eventually leading me to my dream role. Be passionate and consistent, loving games and being a total nerd worked out for me eventually!”
