Company Information

TT Games was established in 2005 with the merger of games publisher Giant Interactive and the developer Traveller's Tales. The group has since grown to include the games development studio TT Fusion and TV production company TT Animation.

TT Games was acquired by Warner Bros. in 2007. The company is proud to continue its mission to be the leading publisher of interactive entertainment for young gamers and their families as part of Time Warner Inc, and to develop exciting new content for children with TT Animation.

Traveller's Tales has been making brilliant games for more than 15 years, and now employs more than 150 people in Knutsford under the leadership of Managing Director Jon Burton.

Giant Interactive Entertainment was established by Managing Director, Tom Stone and Head of Production, Jonathan Smith in 2004. The company is based in Maidenhead, England, and holds exclusive rights to develop videogames based on the properties and characters of LEGO Company. The first title to come from the TT Games partnership was the award winning LEGO Star Wars: The Videogame. This won over audiences both young and old alike, achieving critical acclaim rarely matched for a title aimed at children. The game has gone on to sell over 5 million units worldwide.

TT Animation was formed in 2006. The company's creative directors are Jocelyn Stevenson and Chris Dicker.

TT Animation's first TV series 'What's Your News?' is currently airing on Nick Jr Uk, Nick Jr Australia, CBC and Sprout in the US. The show has been very successful in Canada and work is currently underway on the second season. Alongside success with its audience, the show has also received critical acclaim, including being a Prix Jeunesse finalist in 2010, winning the Grand Prix Japan Prize in 2009 and the Canadian Youth Media Alliance Special Jury Award in 2011.

TT Animation is soon to begin pre-production on a new television series for young children which will be broadcast throughout Europe and across the world as they continue to develop innovative, original content for a global audience.
